Pinot Noir “CCL”
35,00 €
An extremely reserved wine to start with and very youthful. It wants to suggest rather than scream, with sour cherry and raspberry, but also with a delicate herbaceous edge of fennel and caraway – and an almost delightful hint of candied violets. Very subtly, it offers a fascinating development of aromas and sensations: beautiful freshness that never becomes sour, plus fine, grippy tannins and an elegant, fruity, vibrant length.
