Sommerhalde Bombach White Burgundy

Soft yellow plums, ripe peach, a little white pepper and some salted caramel on the nose. On the palate there are white currants, vanilla cream and a good pinch of pepper with lots of salt. It is round and smooth, but with a light grip and a pleasant and spicy finish, with crème brûlée as a finale. A quiet, complex Pinot Blanc with plenty of time to reveal all its layers.
